   Job Description & Requirements at Ramada Downtown Dubai:

   Corporate Sales Executive: 

Minimum 2 years related experience in the hotel industry, preferably within Downtown Dubai market.
Preferably with diploma or certificate in Hospitality
Fluent spoken and written English
Excellent communication& interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS office
Able to work under pressure and independently
Strong negotiation skills


   Guest Service Agent 

Preferably with a diploma/degree in hospitality
With relevant experience in guest service operations in any of the 4* or 5* hotel industry
Excellent communication skills
Having a positive & engaging attitude
Effective conflict resolution and decision making skills
Computer proficient


   Telephone Operator  

Preferably with a diploma/degree in hospitality
With at least 1 year experience working in a hotel industry or call centre.
Excellent communication skills
Having a positive & engaging attitude
Computer proficient
Arabic speaking would be an advantage


   Housekeeping Order Taker 

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience in a 4* or 5-star hotel property
High customer service orientation
Has attention to detail
Works well under pressure
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm & courteous at all times.


   Commis 1 – International Cuisine 

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience in similar role in 4* or 5* hotel industry
Good communication skills
With Basic Food Hygiene and HACCP certification

  
Waiter/Waitress (Arabic Speaking) 

Minimum 1 year experience in a 4-5 star hotel property
Warm & engaging personality
High customer service orientation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work well under pressure

  
Restaurant Supervisor (Arabic Speaking)  

Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a 4* or 5* hotel environment
Proficient in English is essential
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Organized & can work well under pressure
