§   Agricultural operations, production and raw material
§   Quality & cost control
§   Man & Management, Labor safety & Welfare
§   Provide Leadership to the Staff and Workers in the unit
§   Training of Staff and workmen
§   Benchmarking and implementation of best practices 
Experience:

 Fresher/ 1-3 years of experience 
Qualification:
 Graduate / Post Graduate in Agriculture / Forestry.
Additional qualification in of Tea / Rubber agricultural operations will be an added advantage
