Responsibilities

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Discharging a number of important functions on two fronts: instilling cultural values and recruiting better people
2. Putting in place processes for recruiting and staffing logistics
3. Devising performance management and improvement systems
4. Ensuring employment compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting
5. Conducting employee orientation, development, and training
6. Formulating and tracking policy development and documentation
7. Enabling employee relations through team building activities
8. Being the PoC for official company employee communication
9. Advising and structuring compensation and benefits administration
10. Ensuring employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health
11. Providing employee services and counseling for area of responsibility.
·         Interacts with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture

English Proficiency (Spoken) and English Proficiency (Written)
