Qualifications and Experience
1: Graduate Degree and MSW/MBA (2 years full time with specialisation in HRM/ Personnel Management and Industrial Relations) / Postgraduate Degree / Postgraduate Diploma (2 years full time) in HRM / Personnel Management and Industrial Relations. 
2:  01 to 03 Years of Post Qualification experience will be preferred.
