Description:
To be an integral member of the team which holds the responsibility to develop processes for various business domain in line with clearly defined protocols The job function involves providing assistance to various stakeholders during the course of process reviews conducted by business other internal regulatory units of the bank A specific business domain in line with the protocols defined The job function involves reviews by business other internal regulatory units of the bank and suggests improvements on processes Also include providing assistance in designing forms updating PFDs in SIM Online and uploading new process to SIM online based on approval Job Requirements: Assist the domain manager in devising plan for development and review of processes Develop process in coordination with the concerned stakeholders Assist business ops risk in conducting review of process Arrange the required internal regulatory units approval Host the process on SIM online and communicate to all the concerned businesses Ensure that the processes are developed as perthe timelines advised by the Manager Develop rapport with key stakeholders which is facilitate swift development of processes Assist business in preparing NPPA and handling reviews by Ops Risk GCCS Compliance Ensure processes are defined as briefed by the Manager Ensure PFD PSD is developed adopting standard template and follows logical sequence Key elements that constitutes the PFDPSD should be covered as much as possible as guided by the Manager Develop knowledge on other areas of banking by subscribing to training courses conducted internally and externally Assist manager in conducting competitor search on a regular basis and be abreast of the best market practices Generate fresh ideas and discuss with Manager for incorporation of the same in the process that is being worked on Suggest inputs based on past experience and involvement in various other process development and projects |
