Job Title: Manager/Project Management- Consumer Sales
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in related field with PMP Certificate.
Experience: 4-5 years’ experience in Project Management.
Location: UAE
Job Description:
1. Handles the initiating, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling and closing phases of project within sales
2. Handles the 9 critical areas (within each phase) of Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resource, Communication, Risk, & Procurement
3. Defines and authorizes the project or a project phase.
4. Defines and refines objectives, and plans the course of action required to attain the objective and scope that the project was undertaken to address.
5. Integrates people and other resources to carry out the project management plan for the project
6. Regularly measures and monitors progress to identify variances from the project management plan so that corrective action can be taken when necessary to meet project objectives
7. Formalizes acceptance of the product, service or result and bring the project or a project phase to an orderly end.
8. Providing timely and accurate project status updates and reporting.
9. Reviews projects performance, analyzes available data to see if there are; recurring issues, roadblocks, constant delays, short cuts and inefficiencies.
10. Recommend and implement ways to alleviate project delays and budget over run.
11. Examine and evaluate the current process and develop plans to maximize effectiveness.
12. Identifies opportunities to improve process, planning or performance through analysis of work order flow, project demands and expectations
13. Performs any other related duties, as required.
Requirement:
