Job
Responsibilities
|
Prepare project plan & timeline by gathering
information and materials.
- Plan concept by studying gathered information, materials and client insights. - Illustrate concepts by designing rough layout of art regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts. - Review and revisit concepts designed as per client feedback. - Support in preparation of co-creation workshops with clients, including props and delivery of the workshop - Run fabrication equipment (3d printers, laser cutters, vinyl cutters) to deliver projects for clients - Prepare files for fabrication using the available design software ?coordinate internal resources with third-party suppliers to ensure prompt project delivery - Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget - Support in preparation of design proposal and client coordination for meetings and workshops - Support in taking down meeting minutes for client’s meetings - Manage Company website & email account - Support in preparing content for social media posts - Client & supplier management support |
