Job
Responsibilities
|
In this role you will be part of 24x7 IT field support team to
provide technical assistance and 2nd level support for
incoming queries and issues related to IT. You will be responsible for
responding to queries either in person or over the phone and respond to
emails for customers seeking help related to IT systems across HIA. Staff has
to determine the nature of problem, run diagnostic programs to resolve
problems either remotely or physically and then follow-up with customers to
ensure the issue has been resolved.
Key accountabilities include
·
Ensure that all tickets are responded efficiently in timely
manner.
·
Ensure that Process and Procedures are followed as per ITIL
standards for HIA - IT Field Services and Support across all platforms
·
Hands on experience in troubleshooting laptops, desktops, mobile
phones, tablets, LED Screens, printers, scanners and special airport systems.
·
Carry out preventive maintenance of IT systems.
·
Create knowledge base document for 1st level
support teams.

|
Good English written and verbal skills
Arabic skills would be an
advantage.
Handle multiple tasks.
Work in shifts.
IT industry certifications such as CCNA, MCSE & ITIL V3
Certification (Foundation course) will be an added advantage.
Must have an in depth Knowledge of SCCM, Ultra VNC & HP
Service manager.
