Job Description:
1. Provide support to analyze survey outcome and develop reports on any dynamic changes based on the gathered statistics, global and historical benchmarks, demographics and overall results that will drive decision-making across the entire portfolio of tourism initiatives (e.g. product, communications and channel).
2. Provide support to gather research needs and provide analysis and insights on potential business research requirements
3. Provide support to manage cross-functional expectations and draft and deliver result reports
4. Provide support to create action plans based on the survey results and other data (in conjunction with the involved DTCM departments) to ensure the right actions will be taken based on the survey insights
5. Provide support to create research plans, define research objectives and methodology (e.g. online surveys, face-to-face surveys) and to conduct quantitative and qualitative surveys regularly
6. Provide support to monitor vendor performance against the service level agreements and to implement corrective actions in case of underperformance
7. Initiate and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
8. Provide support to coordinate the activities of the survey vendor / consultant partners on the design and execution of the survey on leisure tourism, business tourism and events
9. Provide support to ensure the quality and consistency of the survey data and reports
10. Be abreast with the best practices and tools in market research and adopt these in day-to-day work

University degree in Market Research, Marketing, Statistics or related field Social Sciences, Business Administration or related field
