Duties & Responsibilities:
• Ensure the delivery of optimal patient care through the coordination of clinical activities, staff supervision, personnel leadership/management, and unit organization.
• Demonstrate good communication and customer service skills with a variety of patients, physicians, and other health care providers both internal and external to the organization, and must make accurate clinical decisions and judgments quickly;
• Demonstrates responsibility by achieving financial objectives of NICU;
• Leads and coaches the development and growth of a safety culture in the department;

Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent communication and leadership skills;
• Great understanding of NICU department with its challenges;
• Time management skills, multitasking skills and able to work under stress.
