Salary: 30K
Experience: 4 - 5 Yrs. Exp. in Android and IOS App Programming


Job Description:
* Should have both IOS and ANDROID Experience
* Exp. in handling a team of programmers & multiple app projects
* Delivery based on estimation of tasks for the team
* Setting expectation on the tasks when necessary to the stakeholders
* Responsible for project delivery (initiation to deployment)
* Ensure project code quality, code library management, regular update, on-time delivery of projects with client satisfaction.
* Frameworks understanding/designing skills
* Peer code review
* Functional requirements assessment in conjunction with clients
* Responsible for all technical communication with the client
* Communication on tasks done to BU and updates for the team
* Process orientation (Documentation - timesheets, engineering) for the team
* To provide technical guidance to the team for the project
* Team Mentoring and succession planning
