Office Clerk Dubai 2018 Job Description:

* Responsible for entering purchase orders into database
* Follow up with customers about recent orders
* General clerical duties such as filing, faxing, scanning, etc.
* Assisting Sales Department
* Front desk coverage as needed
* Perform various reporting tasks• Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail or other materials and answer routine letters
* Complete forms in accordance with company procedures
* Review work done by others to check for correct spelling and grammar
* Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports

Office Clerk Dubai 2018 Job Skills:

* Minimum of 2 years of experience
* Industry experience in manufacturing environment preferred
* Strong communication skills
* Able to interact and lead in teams
* Must have strong organizational skills
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Must have reliable transportation, company is not easily accessible by bus.
* Must be willing to submit to a drug screen in accordance with company policies.
* Proficient/Expert in MS Office 2010 or higher (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
