Purchasing Associate Cum Storeroom Clerk Job Description

Essential Functions:
– Receive and deliver all products coming through the purchasing department and ensure the quality, quantity, and freshness of those goods.
– Take daily inventory, Data entry into software system.


Experience & Skills Required:

– Effective English communication skills both written and verbal.
– Ability to inspect incoming shipments of food and beverage.
– Ability to work in an accurate and organized manner.
– General working knowledge of restaurant, kitchen, and bar products.
– Good working knowledge of computer systems and accurate data entry.
– Valid drivers license (not must but will be an advantage).



Other Ideal Qualifications:

– Restaurant, kitchen, and bar product familiarity.
– Familiarity with the use of hand trucks, hydraulic lifts, and weight scales.
