A Customer Service Representative is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per company standards, generating sales, merchandising and safeguarding company assets.
• Ensure sales targets set by the company are met.
• Promote & increase the sales of products.
• Defining slow moving & non selling items.
• Suggesting sales actions to achieve targets.
• responsible for daily merchandising as per Planogram & Merchandise Department instructions.
• Responsible for detailed inspection on store floor area to identify near expiry items and take action as per GRV policy.
• Maintaining a proper level of Inventory & ensuring shrinkage within company defined tolerance limits.
• Responsible for products price labeling.
• Receiving, inspecting, stocking & returning products as per company policy (HACCAP, SOP….etc).
• Ensure safe custody of cash & other related documents and maintain them as per company policy.
• Maintaining & safeguarding the company assets (store equipment, furniture, IT hardware….etc.).
• Maintain a high level of Hygiene & cleanliness of store as per HACCAP standards.
• Provide an excellent & efficient customer service at all times (Convenient, Fast & Friendly).
• Maintaining a good relationship with customers.
• Ensure all documents are maintained properly & adequately as per company policy.
• Making orders, posting invoices and sales closing in case of store supervisor absence.
• Make deliveries whenever it’s needed.

• Male / Female
• Age between 21 to 35 years maximum
• High School Education
• Good communication skills, English is a must
• Having a pleasant personality
• Preferably with retail experience
• Preferably with Customer Service experience
• Flexible to work on different shifts & days
• Physical ability to work & stand for long hours
