Skills & Requirements for Civil Foreman / Site Supervisor jobs in UAE:
* Knowledge of civil engineering and construction principles, practices and methods as applicable to UAE and/or GCC countries.
* Aware of electrical, plumbing and mechanical works at project site.
* Knowledge on the effective and efficient utilization of tools and equipment commonly used in the construction industry.
* Completion of 10 years of formal education and two/three years certificate course in basic engineering (preferably civil), or closely related field and
a minimum of eight years specific experience in structural building using steel or similar metal elements as predominant material in the construction, or in a closely related field of building structures which uses pre-engineered components and steel as predominant material.
Out of these, at least two years responsibility in a Shuttering & Finishing foreman role covering responsibilities of supervision and control of labour.
