Student Counselor / Admission Counselor Job Description UAE 2019:
1. Handling walk-in enquiries, telephonic enquiries & email enquiries.
2. Responsible for academic & career counseling for prospective learners and their parents.
3. Tele calling & follow-up on database generated through structured campaigns.
4. Achieving agreed conversion rate from enquiry to admissions.
5. Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual student enrollment budgets.
6. Ensuring adequate batch size and meeting batch start deadlines.
7. Coordinating with Faculties & Center Manager for organizing student selection procedure.
8. Lead generation seminars in colleges, RWA and community halls
9. Support center head on placement activities & MIS
10. Highly Target Oriented Position should be able to handle pressure
