* Plumber preferably with (10th Standard) & (12th Standard) is desirable.
* A/C Technician preferably with (10th Standard) & (12th Standard) is desirable.
* Mechanical Fitter preferably (10th Standard) with 1 year ITI certification.
* Electronic Tech preferably with (10th Standard) & (12th Standard) is desirable. 6 months vocational education in similar trade is a must.
* Electro Mechanical Technician preferably (10th Standard) with 2 years ITI or equivalent.
* Lead Sign Board Technician preferably with (10th Standard) & (12th Standard) is desirable. 2 years trade certification in ITI.
* Chiller Technician preferably with (10th Standard) & (12th Standard) is desirable. 6 months vocational education or ITI.
* Chiller Supervisor preferably with 3 years diploma and having bachelor’s degree is desirable.
* MEP Engineer preferably with 3 years diploma and having bachelor’s degree is desirable. Al though, professional certification is preferable.
* Receptionist required to have 3-5 years similar experience along with the following core skillsets e.g, customer service orientation, result orientation, interpersonal & negotiation skills. However, age limit between 21-30 years old would be acceptable.
* Waitress required either with customer service or hospitality background experience. Preferably age limit between 21-28 years only.
